The Client:

Otsuka America Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

The Challenge:

Design a campaign to entice employees to
participate in a Wellness program that
benefits both individuals and the company.

The Process and Solution:

Otsuka is committed to their wellness program to increase individual health, reduce personal and corporate medical costs, and increase employee loyalty. The trick is getting employees involved, which is where we came in. Working with the HR department, we helped develop a communications strategy for the Living Well program. The campaign consisted of branding the program, posters, postcard mailings and electronic presentations.

What happened next?

Employee reaction has been extremely positive and participation is high.
